Flatwoods Farm has been managed for quail, turkey, and deer for many years. This farm is currently enrolled in the Quail Habitat Improvement Program with USDA/NRCS. This program includes payments to the landowner for continuing the management. This land is prescribed burned semi-annually for the benefit of wildlife. There are several game plots within the farm as well as several mowed quail courses. This land hunts big due to the design of the courses as well as the overall shape. This farm would be a very nice Christmas Present for an outdoor enthusiast!
