LOCATION: Latimer County in Southeast OK., less than 4 hrs from DFW, 4 hrs-OKC, 2.5hrs-Tulsa, 2hr-Ft.Smith. Located just NW of Talihina in the Winding Stair Mountains.
SITE: A valley property consisting of 160 acres m/l of very diversified terrain offering excellent wildlife habitat potential, timber and recreational use. The property lies on the western end of the Winding Stair Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest. The deep valley setting is the headwaters for Rock Creek which feeds Lake Talihina and Lake Carl Albert. There are dominant ridges to the north and south. Huge rock outcrops are a very unique feature of the property.
