Land: The home sits on 47 acres of level bottom land that is primarily open meadows with a well-established stand of Bahia grass. The property has barb-wire fencing and could be used to run cattle or horses. Also there is an area close to the banks of Holson Creek that would be an excellent location for a wildlife food plot. There are several large mature hardwood shade trees around the home site as well as a wild black cherry tree, pear tree and several peach trees. Whitetail deer and wild Eastern turkey are frequently seen on the property.
Barn: There is a very unique barn on this property that is reported to have been constructed in the 1920s. The dimensions of the barn are approximately 70 feet wide x 50 feet long and include a hay loft, hay mangers, corn crib, feed room, calving pens and chicken coop.
