Land: The home sits on 47 acres of level bottom land that is primarily open meadows with a well-established stand of Bahia grass. The property has barb-wire fencing and could be used to run cattle or horses. Also there is an area close to the banks of Holson Creek that would be an excellent location for a wildlife food plot. There are several large mature hardwood shade trees around the home site as well as a wild black cherry tree, pear tree and several peach trees. Whitetail deer and wild Eastern turkey are frequently seen on the property.
