COMMENTS: Make this your hunting headquarters in the Kiamichi Mountains of SE Oklahoma. Lots of deer and turkey. Other game in the area include squirrel (reds and grays), quail, rabbit, and many other species including an occasional black bear. This agent has not personally inspected the property and my knowledge is from topo and aerial photos of the land. The owner reports that he drove a pickup truck to the land when he purchased in quite some years ago, but he has not been back to the land since that time. The attached aerial photo indicates a forest type road accessing the land at its SW corner. The cleared plot just to the West of the 60 acres about 400 feet or so is a gas well site and there is a good road to this location. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all with pretty mountain scenery and a spot for an off-grid cabin, this is it. We will provide topo maps, aerial photos and county road maps for you to inspect this property on your own. A GPS could be a useful tool.
