Cabin #2 needs interior finish work such as installing plumbing and electrical fixtures, and painting. Cabin #2 can be connected to the solar power once this work is completed. They share a common floor plan consisting of approximately 675 sf that includes an open kitchen/living/dining area, two bedrooms and a single bath. Both have wood floors, walls, and ceiling. Sliding patio doors lead from the porch into the living area. There is also a standard door that leads to the other end of the porch. There is a drilled water well to be shared by both cabins. CABIN#2 The exterior of this cabin is painted a soft tan. The interior walls, floors, cabinets and ceiling could be painted or stained and sealed to enhance the natural wood. The galley-style kitchen has maroon laminate countertops with storage below.
