LOCATION: LeFLore County in Southeast Oklahoma. Located just over 2 miles southeast of Arkoma. In the Arkansas River bottoms, an area of very fertile and rich farmland.

SITE: 60 total acres, approximately 54 tillable cropland. Balance wildlife habitat and well location.

COVER: Annual rowcrop and alfalfa.

COMMENTS: This area is some of the best cropland in Oklahoma. Common crops are soybeans, corn, alfalfa, wheat and a variety of vegetables grown for the canning companies. Sales in area for cropland are rare and with the waterfowl habitat it might not last long!
