LAND: This land has varied terrain features ranging from valley pastures and meadows to densely wooded ridge-type hills that run through the land from East to West so that there are valley pastures on the South side of the ridge and valley pastures on the North side of the ridge. The elevation range variation is about 200 feet. The valley land is sandy-loam by nature and well established to both native and improved pasture and meadows for grazing livestock or producing hay crops.
