This tract is just outside of Moulton, Alabama. The property is mainly mature hardwood timber.

Hens with poults have been seen multiple times this summer and the area is known for producing great deer. This property holds a substantial amount of water. There are multiple creeks flowing through this property and one large pond. These areas hold ducks in the wintertime.

There are multiple gated access points on this property. A paved county road runs along the Eastern border, and the Southern portion is accessed by County Road 64.
