Renno Tract sits just east of I-26 near Clinton in the old Renno community. This timberland is dominated by productive stands of well managed loblolly pine and located in one the Upstate’s best timber markets within easy haul distance of mills in Newberry and Chester. About 90 acres of pines were planted in 1996, fertilized in 2000, and thinned a second time in 2019. A smaller stand, about 21 acres was planted in 2001, thinned in 2017, and fertilized in 2019.

The larger is a deer processing business and RV campground. A neighboring group of poultry houses stands near the southeast corner of the property. A small unmaintained cemetery is found along the north property line.
