Fantastic Deer, Bear, Turkey and small game tract located in the Kiamichi Mountains of Southeast Oklahoma. This area has some of the highest Whitetail Deer populations in the region. This is due to the ideal habitat in this area created by the native grass pastures and excellent stand of hardwood timber that provide tons of native browse and acorns.
Terrain: Nice rolling hills with a nice draw, where a wet weather stream flows out of. Elevation ranges from 870 ft at the southern portion of the property to a low of around 720 in the low point of the draw. This elevation change makes for some dramatic views of the surrounding mountains.

It is 10 minutes to the small town of Hartshorne and approx. 15 minutes to Wilburton, which both communities have grocery stores, hardware stores and feed stores.
