75 Acres to hunt and recreate. There are a few places on the piece where a cabin can be built. An access road goes down to the property, but needs to be dozed. There is a road at the bottom also.
The property goes down to the bottom where Rock Creek begins flowing to the east and Buffalo Creek flowing to the west. Pine, Oak, Hickory, along with blackberries, blueberries and muskadine grapes. This is an old forest.
Lots of game on the mountain, also. Black bear, whitetail deer and turkey can be found along with everybody else! This is where the wild things are!
