This is a very scenic area of the state which averages approx 44 inches of rainfall annually and is plentiful with game. Ranch is located less than 3 miles from Robbers Cave state park, which is one of the most visited parks in the State. It offers several lakes for fishing and also offers fall and winter trout fishing. This is an excellent recreation ranch and offers first class hunting, hiking and ATV riding. This ranch also borders the Robbers Cave Wildlife Mgmt area which is open for public hunting.
