Located in Laramie County just on the outskirts of Cheyenne Wyoming, the High Corral Ranch totals 595 deeded acres, and is a rare find of size and location. The Ranch sits at the base of Saddleback Mountain, and is about 20 minutes into Cheyenne, and 30 minutes in the opposite direction to Laramie. Rolling hills, long draws and scattered rock outcroppings, along with high country native grasses cover the varied landscape, making this a perfect getaway destination or full time location. Curt Gowdy State Park and the Medicine Bow National Forest are both just a short drive away, and present additional unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities!

Lone Tree Creek runs through the northwest corner of the ranch, providing a nice sub irrigated meadow, and there are a couple of smaller natural springs and streams running toward Goose Creek on the southeast portion of the ranch. The creeks and streams provide great gathering spots for the Antelope and Deer that frequent the ranch, as well as a host of other Wyoming critters that make their home in the surrounding neighborhood. There is also a small log cabin and modest improvements that can be used for the perfect hideout or as a staging point for something bigger!
The area is rich in history with excellent location, being home to the University of Wyoming in Laramie, the Wyoming State Capitol in Cheyenne, and a short drive back to the hustle and bustle of the Colorado front range. Located less than an hour from Ft Collins, the ranch is out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get back to it! The High Corral Ranch is a great opportunity to have a piece of the last frontier in the great State of Wyoming!
