One gorgeous piece of recreational real estate. A place to relax, wander, and enjoy. An amazing amount of work has gone into creating this, Oasis. The adventure begins at the gated drive that is tucked so discretely into the trees its easy to miss. Once thru the gate, the tree lined drive continues back to the acre plus sized pond. Lots of fishing to be had here for bluegills, bass, perch, and even a few northern pike and an occasional walleye. The pond has a small creek that feeds thru it into another stream that leads to a branch of the Flint River. Always nice to have flowing water in your pond.
On the west side of the pond, youll see a line of bee hives. Current owner has the property enrolled into a pollinator program which provides some honey and a nice agricultural property tax break.

The drive continues northward back into forest. Many different varieties and sizes of trees are found here. From oaks, maples, and spruce, to stands of red, yellow and white pines. The mix of oak tree types leave quite the variety of acorns on the grounds. The deer, turkey, squirrels, and birds are very happy to find this big stash of food sources.
There are mowed trails winding all around property front the front gate all the way to the back property line. Most are easily drivable in a vehicle, ATV, or golf cart. Seller is leaving a nice Ford tractor for the new owner to use for maintaining the land. There are 3 or 4 deer blinds on the property that are easily accessed via the trail system. A couple of them are well concealed in the pines and will probably need a little trimming for hunting uses. Lots of deer and turkey tracks are found in the sandy soil as they wander thru feeding on all the acorns or on their way to the neighboring cornfield to the west.
Plenty of openings up by the pond or back in the forest for camping. Current owners have an area staked out to the NW of the pond that could make a gorgeous location for a home or cabin. I can just imagine a big, covered porch full of rocking chairs to set and enjoy a cool drink or morning cup of coffee watching out over the Oasis.
