Little Bear Ranch

The Little Bear Ranch features +/-852.78 acres with over 1.25 miles of frontage on the Lampasas River. Approximately 175 acres is located west of FM 581 and has been manicured into a park like setting among the giant Pecan trees. It also has fertile fields planted in Coastal Bermuda Grass, Eastern Gama Grass, and WW-B Dahl Grass.
