Three Pivot Tract with underground line tied together allowing flexibility to move utilize water for highest and best use. Two of the pivots make full circles with slight overlap, while north pivot waters approximately 75 acres but does not make a complete circle. The soil is primarily Brownfield fine sand, but farm also areas of Zita loamy fine sand and Amarillo loamy fine sand. Existing tenant estimates water volume for entire farm at approximately 400 gallons per minute total with two of the pivots packaged at 300 gpm and the other packaged at 200 gpm.
