Pine Creek Bottoms 106 acres has some of the most fertile soil in the state of Texas. This area known as the Blackland Prairie consist of deep rich soil and is well suited to row crop cultivation or growing excellent grass for grazing. Per the NRCS soil map, the farm is categorized as 85-90% prime farmland. Pine Creek Bottoms has excellent drainage consisting mostly of Class II and III Crockett, Annona loam, silty loam and Wilson soils. Crop production in the area consist of Corn, Milo, Wheat, Soybeans and Cotton.
