The private park provides each lot owner a 1.39% ownership of the common area. There is an HOA, paid annually. The dues vary from year to year depending on the number of owners.2020 HOA dues were $450 and this includes water, sewer and garbage. Also included is the maintenance of the common areas and winter snow plowing around the perimeter of the park. The park is open year-round.
