The dues vary from year to year depending on the number of owners.2020 HOA dues were $450 and this includes water, sewer and garbage. Also included is the maintenance of the common areas and winter snow plowing around the perimeter of the park. The park is open year-round. The RV lot is 35W x 50Lwhich is large enough for a travel trailer or Park-model (400 sqft which is allowed) and there is also space for two vehicles per lot. However, overflow parking is available for your guests. There is open boat storage provided on the property and nearby water access at Finley Point or Blue Bay, is just minutes away. Two pets are permitted per lot. There is an optional Red Barn Membership in the park for those interested in getting better acquainted with their neighbors.
