Our area is often referred to as the "Swiss Alps of Montana!" Delicious Huckleberries in area. Northern lights/Aurora Borealis can be seen a few times a year. Glacier Park can be day trip from our area. Air quality is usually very clean & pure but can have wildfire smoke during some summers -- same as all of Northwest Montana. Nature lover and bird watchers paradise! Yet we are close to large cities such as Missoula and Kalispell, which both offer great shopping and community events.
