There are 2 Carrizo irrigation wells. Well #1 is equipped with a 200 HP electric turbine irrigation pump(1200GPM) and is piped to two center pivot irrigation locations. Well #2 is used as the house well with a 3HP submersible pump, 1500 gallon storage tank and 2 HP jet pump. The ranch has approximately 3 miles of water lines furnishing water to surface ponds and wetlands as well as wildlife watering sites. This well could be used as an irrigation well if equpped with a larger pump.
In addition to all this the ranch is currently under a CRP income prodution for an additional 3 (three) years. It is for 1218.8 acres and pays $37,783.00 annually.
