From Coeur d Alene, Idaho travel I-90 eastbound ~20 miles. Take Exit 34 for ID-3 towards Rose Lake/Harrison/St. Maries. Turn Right onto ID-3 heading south on highway ID-3 ~22 miles. Turn left onto S Hells Gulch Road. Using your odometer, travel 1.8 miles to the open green farm gate on the right (south side of road). There are mailboxes there as well. Please feel free to walk the property. From the gate: travel the main road (south) and Tract A3 will be on your right for about 0.25 miles (1,300 ft) to the T intersection. Turn right (west) and A3 will continue to be on your right.
