There is a trail towards the SW portion of the property that leads to a big natural meadow area in the property that would be perfect for food plots!! There were also smaller more hidden field/meadow areas to the north of the larger field/meadow. All of them showed plentiful deer sign but the smaller more hidden fields in the middle of the southern part of the property showed the most sign coming into and through them as well as random beds in the grass openings. One of the main fields has views of the large beaver pond system on the tax forfeit land. A person could build a small shack somewhere over by that meadow also with good views and to be closer to the beaver ponds and all the ground on the south side of the river. It would be an awesome location to use as a day shack to hang out at while hunting the main portion of the land. There was tons of beaver sign along these ponds and the river. Top-notch trapping heaven!! Beaver, otter, mink, bobcat you name it most likely it's running around on this place. Not every day you can find that diverse property that has everything!!
