Jordan High Fence
The Jordan High Fence is located in the northeast corner of Knox County TX. This property is right at 2363 acres that is all under high fence and has a wide array of topography including big mesquite flats and huge draws. The elevation on some spots on this ranch are over 100'. The Ranch has a big mesa that runs across the center of the ranch and offers some incredible views of both sides of the ranch. This Mesa could also be used to easily and equally divide the ranch into a low fence and high fenced ranch. (Also this would make a great location for a lodge headquarters overlooking the entire ranch and an area where a large lake could be built.) The ranch has an interior road system that is great for traveling to all the blinds and feeders throughout the ranch and has a perimeter road that runs around the entire fence.
Wildlife and Fishing:

There are around 15-20 younger bucks that were raised on the ranch and there are currently 12-18 breeder does inside the high fence.
The Owner currently has added around 22 bred does with good genetics in the soft release pen in March of 2021 and has just released them into the high fence.
The owner has also recently brought in an additional 5 breeder bucks to continue his goals for improving the genetics on the ranch.

This ranch has ample water throughout the ranch with 9+ tanks and smaller sloughs and catch ponds located around the property for improved water for wildlife and cattle. The largest tank is around 5 acres at capacity.
(Recent rainfalls in May and June of 2022 have filled up several tanks and the ranch is in good shape going into the summer months)
The tank builder (Brian Wheeler) who cleaned out some of these ponds and built the new tank has spotted another place that may be suitable for building a 10-20 acre lake on the ranch.
