Directions:

Two (2) ways to view the property. From the Town of Seymour, go southwest on County Road 266 approximately 20 miles. When you cross the Brazos River on the right you will see the Williams Ranch Group which is on the northern boundary of the property.

From the town of Throckmorten go 380 west to 222 north to the town of Goree (222 turns into 266 into Goree). Continue on 266 to the Brazos River, prior to crossing the river, the Williams Ranch Group sign will be on your left.

The wheat and pasture fields which are the western edge of the property are off 266 about 5 miles north out of Goree, contact Broker for directions.
