A mountain cook hut and tent platform have been built that both overlook the beautiful lower meadows and Gearhart mountain range. The property has been fenced and gated on its Northern lower elevation half.

With forest service roads that grant you access throughout the Freemont National Forest and both the Lofton and Holbrook reservoirs, you could spend days riding dirt bikes, mountain bikes, quads, or horse back riding exploring this magical region. Hiking through the many treed and meadowed valleys and up the many mountain peaks (including your own), while foraging for wild flowers, strawberries and mushrooms is an endless pursuit.
