The ranch is low fenced with one high fenced side and is primarily covered in a plethora of high protein brush varieties. This is the perfect combination that allows for all types of exotic game to roam onto the property. There are feeder pens already set up, with two 600-pound protein feeders, two corn feeders, and one 450-pound cottonseed feeder that will convey. Watering stations are placed throughout the ranch to provide wildlife year-round water. Additionally, there are two ground blinds that have been strategically placed on the ranch.
