Whitetail deer, wild turkey, dove, quail and a few exotics are the primary game animals. Numerous hunting blinds, deer feeders, and feed pens remain with the sale of the ranch.

The land has an ideal cover of rich high protein vegetation. There is an abundance of desirable forbs and shrubs including guajillo, purple sage, kinneykenick, persimmon, shin oak, and shinnery oak brush. Primary tree cover includes Live Oak, Spanish Oak, Pinion Pine and Cedar. The landscape is covered with high protein vegetation that is necessary to produce large whitetail deer.
