The terrain provides a gently rolling landscape but also offers some deep ravines with seasonal springs. Several dirt tanks are located on the ranches. Tree cover on the properties is optimal, with most of the property consisting of Live Oaks and Red Oaks, and minimal Cedar.
These ranches offer an abundance of free roaming Axis and Whitetail deer, and wild turkey, in addition to hogs and other wildlife. Cattle have also been run on the ranch and do well.
