TAHOE RANCH

Southeastern part of Kimble County - 13 miles west of Harper.

Very gentle rolling terrain.

Moderate-to-heavy tree cover; mostly Live Oaks and Cedar.

Joins a larger ranch to the north and east for additional privacy.

Perimeter is fenced - north and east lines are high fenced - south and west lines are four foot ranch fenced.

Good soil throughout most of the ranch - good heavy grass cover, not much rock or cactus. Good use for horse and small animal ranch.

Two rocky draws converge in the middle of the property where the seasonal lake is located. The earthen dam washed out in one place due to the 2015 flood but was rebuilt June 2017 - now full as of July 2017. There is also a caliche pit in the northeastern part of the ranch that holds water during wetter parts of the year.

From Harper, west on Hwy. 290 eleven miles, right (north) on KC 442 for 1 3/4 miles, left (west) on Tahoe Road 1/4 mile to locked entrance gate.
