The Black Ash swamp is well known to hold solid numbers of deer; large bucks are taken yearly in the swamp due to how vast and gnarly it is. A rough access path has been cut in the past around the perimeter and with a day or two of winter, chainsaw work would be well-suited for most to get around. There is a small high spot about halfway down the west border of the property that is a favorite of the owner for bow hunting. He also has had a camera near that area in the past, which is where the deer pics in the listing are from.
