WATER: Water on the property is provided by three working water wells, at depths ranging from 350 to 400 ft deep, at flow rates of about 5 10 gpm. LAND: Quintessential Divide ranch simply best describes this property. With its gently sloping hills, shin oak/live oak motts and cedar thickets interspersed, the ranch tastefully mixes open savannah with moderately heavy cover providing excellent habitat and browsing for game as well as adequate range for livestock.
