The 1,400+/- sf home is peg and dowel timber frame with a fachwerk exterior constructed in traditional German style. The exterior timbers were formed out of first growth cedar cut and milled on the property. The upper portion of the home is clad with 5/4" pecky cypress board and batt also cut and milled locally. The logs are stone chinked. Other features included hand made cabinetry, antique ball and claw tub, oversized full stone fire place, and bead board wainscot throughout. The back yard faces east north east with expansive views of Twin Sister Peaks and the home is hidden approximately 1/4 mile off of the main road down a freshly graded caliche approach with crushed red granite parking.
