The ranch landscape is spectacular as most of the property has been cleared of cedar except the Northwest corner which has been left native to preserve excellent game habitat. The cleared space provides excellent grasses for grazing, and thriving trees include Live Oak, Span- ish Oak, Sycamore, Post Oak, Walnut, Cedar Elm and two extraordinary Cottonwoods. Native grasses flourish on this well soiled land. There is abundant game on the ranch including occa- sional axis, whitetail, turkey, birds and other small game.
