It is currently enrolled in a 30 year easement with the Nebraska Resource Conservation Service. The easement is available for download in the documents section of the website. The easement will expire in December of 2033, giving full access back to the landowner. With written permission from the NRCS, the current owner has hayed and grazed the grass in the fall or winter months. The buyer of property will need to seek the same written permission in order to do this.
