This is a wonderful raw piece of land that has so much potential. It is comprised of approximately 100 acres of cultivated dryland farming, 88 acres of mesquite/brush, and 74 acres of reclaimed mining/improved pasture lands. The land has a slight roll to it and is completely perimeter and cross fenced with a 5 strand barbed wire fence. It is a perfect place to run some cattle, have a hay/farming operation, and have an amazing place to take your family and friends to enjoy the amazing potential of the beautiful lake that lies in the southeastern quadrant of the ranch.

The Texas Railroad Commission spent 2.4 million to reclaim the property by re-contouring and restructuring the walls, then constructing water diversion dams to the pit, bringing topsoil in onto the disturbed ground, and finally reseeding the whole area to put it back into a clean, productive piece of property. The current owners taught there kids how to water ski on this lake. The lake is full of huge bass and catfish. It is truly the centerpiece of this beautiful ranch.
