Speaking of building, the zoning on the property is in A-2 General Ag. District which according to the county, will allow for up to 4 building eligibilities on a quarter/quarter section so multiple development lots are a possibility as well (buyer to check with the zoning dept. as far as any building confirmations and applicable zoning ordinances specifically to this property and their desired use). If building is desired to be done immediately and assuming one would want to do so within the CRP area, I’ve seen it done before and we can look to have conversations with the FSA dept.
