Approx. 160 acres located at the intersection of Roseville TWP Rd.29 and Cty Rd. #2. This property is located on mile north of State Hwy 23. We drilled this property and found gravel in all test locations. The quantity of rock varied from good to very good. Overburden is very minimal at 2-3ft.The gravel is in excess of 20ft.deep. The material is clean glacially deposited material. Little clay was found during the testing. Water was found at depths of 2-17ft. We intentionally drilled at the lowest spot to check for clay and found only gravel. This deposit would have at least 6,296,296 yds of material. Adjusting for waste material would leave 6,000,000 ton of material. Current cost of material at a conservative $.35 per ton, would put the value of the reserve at $2,100,000.
