Location: Located in Jones County, the property is just a half mile south of the historic Swans Chapel. A good all-weather road takes you from paved access to Abilene (26 miles), Wichita Falls (129 miles), Lubbock (154 miles), Fort Worth (156 miles), and Midland (158 miles). The nearest Walmart and Tractor Supply is less than 15 miles away in Stamford.

Topography: The property is flat to 3-5% slope. Water tends be be drawn through the center of the property and flows in a northbound direction.
Rainfall/Elevation: The average annual rainfall for this area is 26 inches. The elevation is at it's greatest in the SE corner of the property at near 1660' while the lowest point is in the middle of the north fence line at 1630'.
