The Three Creeks Ranch (aka Lower 28 Ranch) is an outstanding working cattle ranch located along the eastern foothills of the Bighorn Mountains, near Buffalo, Wyoming. This approximately 7,365 deeded acre ranch is well watered, with the North, Middle, and South forks of Crazy Woman Creek flowing through the property. The ranch provides a large hay base with precious water rights, new and/or updated improvements and irrigation equipment, an additional 3,677 acres of State land, 399 acres of BLM land and a 330 animal unit grazing allotment on the U.S. Forest Service in the Bighorn Mountains. Exceptional ranch stewardship practices are evident throughout the ranch, with healthy rangelands, abundant wildlife, and hunting/fishing opportunities in the creeks and the numerous wetlands.
