Mineral Creek has a rock bottom and runs for over a 1/4 of a mile through the northern half of the property. In the flat creek bottom you will find 1,000s of pawpaw trees with tons of fruit. You can see where the deer have been eating them. Above the creek to the south there is a large ridge lined with many acorn producing oak trees. There is a creek crossing that will take you across Mineral Creek and connects to the trail system that will take you to the top of the ridge and throughout the property. This tract is partially fenced on the south and east sides.
