A quality water well, drilled in 2018, supplies the house. This well has a depth of approximately 345 feet with a 4-inch PVC casing. The pump is believed to be set at 145 feet. Additionally, there are two older oil wells that have been converted for water use and could be easily reactivated.
Located roughly 8 miles north of Alice, TX, and 45 miles west of Corpus Christi. The ranch is accessible via a deeded easement from FM 2044.
