DESCRIPTION:
Twin Creek Ranch is a nice cattle and recreational ranch broken into multiple pastures with cross-fencing. El Caro Creek and Palo Hueco Creek traverse the southern portion of the ranch providing heavy bottomland game cover. Bobwhites, dove and whitetails flourish with the abundance of brush, grass and other herbaceous plants on the ranch.
The headquarters features a well, water storage, guest home and workers home, implement barn and more. There is one windmill well with a trough and water storage that is not being used. There is submersible well on the north section of the ranch that is not being used. Electricity is available in multiple locations throughout the ranch. Exterior fencing is in average to fair conditions. There is around one mile of game fencing on the southwestern corner of the ranch.

Grasses include Buffelgrass, King Ranch Bluestem, and Coastal Bermuda. Forbs include, Croton, Pigweed, Common Sunflower, Texas Broomweed, Cowpen Daisy, Texas Mallow. The creek bottoms contain Cedar Elms, Live Oaks, Hackberries and other hardwoods. The brush is mostly regrowth Mesquite and Huisache with some native brush spread throughout including Granjeno, Kidneywood, Whitebrush, Prickly Pear, Blackbrush and others native to the area. Elevations range from 190 MSL to around 155 MSL.
Located on the West Side of State Highway 359 between Alice and Orange Grove. The ranch is located across from Alfred and has about 2 miles of frontage on Highway 359 and about 3/4 mile of frontage on County Road 220. Alice is 10 miles away and Orange Grove is about 6 miles from the ranch.
