Clearwater Timber Tract

The 151 acre Clearwater Timber Tract is located five miles east of auction property #103, and 2.5 miles east of Highway 101, northwest of the Hoh Clearwater State Forest. There is access from Hoh Clearwater Road, which is paved, in the northern portion of the property. There are 47 acres of a 1 to 5 year old western red cedar and western hemlock mix, and 61 acres of primarily 21 year old Douglas-fir and western hemlock. It is projected that within 20 years there will be an estimated 1,962 MBF. There are 41 acres of RMZ along tributaries to Elk Creek to the north, and Winfield Creek to the south. All are tributary to the Hoh River.
