The Red River 421 sits along the Red River in western Jefferson county Oklahoma. It is a 10 minute drive to either Waurika or Ryan. Located about halfway between Oklahoma City and Dallas/Fort Worth it is about a 2 hour drive from each.

Water:
The ranch has approximately a mile of Red River frontage. There is one well on the property with a solar powered pump that is used to supply livestock water.
Wildlife:
With a great deal of diversity in the trees and forbs the habitat provides year round wildlife nutrition. The diversity in the trees alone includes Native Pecan, Bois D?Arc, Honey Locust, Netleaf Hackberry, Elm, willow, and cottonwood. Terrain and Natural Features:
The Eastern edge of the ranch which borders county road 2750 is elevated 10 to 15 feet above the majority of the ranch which lies to the West. As you head West on the ranch you drop down 10 to 15 feet in elevation due to a bluff that crosses the eastern edge of the property cutting it from North to South. The majority of the ranch is gently rolling to flat with some sand hills along the river. Soils are mostly sandy to sandy loam.
