Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Boggy Bayou Tract which is located in Jefferson County, Arkansas.

The timber on this property is predominantly pine plantation that was planted in 2006 and a small area of hardwood along the creek in the southeast corner of the property.

According to the NRCS Web Soil Survey, silt loam is the predominant soil type and the average native site index for loblolly pine, is greater than 89 feet (Base Age 50). The topography is flat and the soil drainage class is moderately well drained to poorly drained.

This property is located approximately 1/4 mile south of Pine Bluff, Arkansas municipal limits. Power and city water are available along Running Brook Lane.
