Property Description: The property is composed of upland sites with natural pine and hardwood timber. The predominant timber is pine sawtimber that has been corridor thinned. According to the NRCS Web Soil Survey the predominant soils are well to moderately well drained fine sandy loam and silt loam with an average native site index for loblolly pine of 88 feet (Base Age 50). The property is traversed by Bayou Bartholomew in the northeastern portion of the Tract which is a desirable feature for wildlife and recreation. Historical access is via a gated Weyerhaeuser gravel road.
Timber Inventory: An inventory of the timber was conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in March 2018. The inventory cruise of the merchantable timber consisted of 250, 10 BAF sample points. Trees were tallied in 1-inch diameter classes by species and product. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables.

Research Parcel InformationFrom the intersection of U.S. Interstate Hwy 530 and U.S. Hwy 270 in White Hall, AR. Travel West approximately 4.3 miles on U.S. Hwy 270 to the intersection with Bruce Trail on the South side of U.S. Hwy 270.
