325 High Lonesome Trail , Fort Davis, TX 79734(Jeff Davis County)

This property consists of 5.58 acres of wooded mountaintop with scenic views in all directions including a spectacular view of the University of Texas McDonald Astronomical Observatory to the north. It is located in the Davis Mountains Resort which consists of some 12,000 acres of high country in the southern Davis Mountains. The Resort has somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 permanent residents. As you can see from the pictures, this property is mostly wooded with pinyon/pinon pine, Emory Oak, and Alligator Juniper being the primary tree species.
