Pineland Small Hunting Tract

If you're looking for a small affordable hunting retreat in the SC Lowcountry, look no further! This tract is located in Jasper County near the small town of Pineland. It is mostly lowland, with young hardwoods and mixed pines that make good cover and natural habitat for deer. The tract also is surrounded by larger hardwoods and water, and brings in a number of wood ducks as well as wild turkey. There are already 3 good food plot areas and deer stands in place, and several small roads and fire breaks connecting them, that provide other area and opportunities for hunting stands or blinds. Across the road to the south are thousands of acres owned by a large timber company, as well as another large privately owned tract to the east. This area has long been known for its deer and turkey hunting, and this tract provides the opportunity for some duck hunting as well.
