A full section of southern Oregon land just twelve miles north of I-5 and the city of Rogue River. Tucked back off of Sykes Creek Rd this large acreage property, consisting of two tax lots (80 & 560 acres), offers privacy and plenty of room to roam. Easement roads lead into the western portion of the land that is more gentle and potentially suitable for a home, while multiple trails have been cut and provide access to some of the more rugged terrain areas. Recreational opportunities abound and include hunting, hiking, ATV-ing and camping. The land shares a border on three sides with BLM land. An abundance of wildlife call this area home including deer, bear, turkey and cougar and it is in a known deer and elk winter range. This is a great opportunity to own a piece of southern Oregon that is large and private while still being close to town and amenities.
