The home has a main propane generator as well as a second back up generator that will run all the essentials during a power outage. There are two water storage systems, the domestic water comes from a well and is stored in a 10,000-gallon storage tank. This tank supplies water to both the main home and the 2nd home. The system includes a constant pressure pump to keep a consistent flow at all faucets. The second water system is for landscape irrigation and fire suppression. The 20,000 gallon holding tank is also fed by the well. An oversized two-car garage includes plenty of storage, utility room, half-bath, food storage room and greenhouse.
The second home is located a short walk from the main house.
